About me
My story
From a young age, I've always felt that I have a healing presence within me, and I've always been deeply drawn to helping others reconnect with themselves. Reiki is the path that finally brought all of that together for me. I first tried Reiki for myself, not knowing how deeply it would resonate. The experience was so calming and transformative that I felt a strong calling to learn it — not just for me, but so that I could help others too.
I then studied to become a certified Reiki Master, training all three levels in the heart of Ubud, Bali. Reiki became the doorway into exploring energy work alongside bodywork, which is when I took an interest in and studied the grounding and relaxing practices of massage and reflexology.
My approach
I begin with intention, not just treatment.
Right from the very beginning, I take a moment to turn inwards and connect with what you need.
Permission to slow down.
My treatments are designed to give you permission to slow down, soften and surrender to the experience.
More than the physical.
I combine my knowledge of holistic therapies with intuitive touch to create treatments that support more than just the physical body.
